Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.
