Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. Royal Garden Hotel
We had a lovely stay, we were given a complimentary room upgrade from standard double to deluxe double for our anniversary. We were given a small cake and a small fruit basket as well. We also asked for an extension on our checkout by 1 hour which was given as complimentary. The staff are very helpful ...
