Mattress protector fitted upside down on the bed, no shower gel in shower and hose for shower broken and spraying water in all directions....saying that the staff were very nice especially at breakfast

Strand Palace Hotel
Room was in good condition but very small and badly designed and appointed. Ambiance in breakfast is pretty awful but full marks to the staff for processing so many people so efficiently and to the kitchen staff for keeping the food supplies topped up.

The Royal Horseguards, London
One of the concierge staff, Chico, kindly gave us a personalized tour of the historic part of the hotel which was one of the highlights of our stay. He even offered to take photos of us which was above and beyond and incredibly kind. We were very happy with our stay!

Fantastic stay! The hotel is designed in such a way that most rooms have a view of Big Ben and the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable, with a spacious bathtub.
