Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!!

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Staff was very welcoming. Conceige service was superb and helped us with transfers to cruise port. View from hotel room was of London Eye and Parliament. Perfect location. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and if we should return to London, we were stay there again.

Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
Hotel was horrible. Room was hot. Air conditioner only blew hot air. Mattress was hard. Elevators were always crowded.
