We had the family suite which is great for having a gathering of 9-12 people. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was a leak in the ceiling from the hot tub in the room above us that leaked in our hot tub. The jets on the our hot tub didn't work and the fireplace timer didn't work ...

Just wish I would have known about the resort fee when I was booking my stay since there was no mention of there being one, also no mention that the indoor water park was ...

We were there for a concert with another couple. The condo was great for our needs. And very close to the Crystal Grand Theatre. We had a very nice couple of days.
