「Clean room with okay ammenties 」

「Parking was easy, staff were good. Mountain views were nonexistent and the grounds and gardens totally unmaintained.」

「I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow.
