Upon arrival we were told that we had a designated parking space outside our room but as soon as we moved our car somebody else had parked there and there was nowhere else for our car so we had to leave it in an area that was not a parking space. My partner rang the number on the reception door but the person he spoke to didn’t care or have any alternative suggestions.
The bedroom had a lot of dust on the bedside table, lamp etc. The bathroom needs a good scrub especially in the shower the grout is pretty dirty.
