「It is neat and tidy. Excellent」

「Wow! The in-room dining was really special.」

「I loved this hotel!! Wish I had booked it for more than one night. Its everything you want from a boutique hotel. Book it!」

「房间小。没有电梯。适合不搬大行李。」

「Stunning views but overpriced」

「We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. 「Probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Highly recommend.」

「Breakfast is excellent with various choices. Staff services are marvellous.」

「The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. 」

「Very attentive staff.」

「Fint boende i ett bra område」

「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...

「The host is very friendly, his recommendation of restaurant is one of the best food we’ve had during our Scotland trip. Breakfast is also very good and nutritious, highly recommend to have breakfast here.」
