「Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.」

However, the following day no breakfast was available & the chef was unaware of our request, which was a shame & left with no food. 「The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. 」
