"We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. "Lovely staff. We had 2 very large suitcases and were worried about lugging them up the stairs as there is no lift, however a staff member did this for us, which was great. The room was comfortable, and the view was lovely. We did eat at the restaurant downstairs, but it took an hour to get our meal. The restaurant was packed to the rafters, and the staff were run off their feet (a table next to us walked out) - it seemed that were not enough staff to cater to the amount of people. Apart from that, it was a nice place to stay, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"A beautiful hotel with genuinely friendly staff the bar was intimate and relaxed, our room was very well equipped and beautifully decorated with equality furnishings and fittings we had a spacious bathroom with shower above a bath. The continental breakfast had a good selection, I especially liked their pre soaked muesli which was full of nuts and fruit and shredded apple something I will try to reproduce, we had a full cooked breakfast the following day which was a little underwhelming, it's wasn't as hot as I would have liked and was missing either toast or fried bread, which if we had known we could have made our own toast from the continental selection but as it was already getting cold would have taken too long, but nevertheless the breakfast staff were excellent and very friendly."
