「The staff were so friendly and helpful, and absolute delight」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Large room, tiny bathroom, bed comfortable. Very noisy overnight due to the hum of an air conditioning unit although the rooms do not have air conditioning.」

「Practical place to stay, on the promenade. Friendly staff, dogs welcome. Clean, good bed and shower. If you go there at the weekend the parking spaces are free on the promenade for 4 hours ( Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm).」

「Secure parking at rear of property. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. The extractor in the bathroom was either not working or not efficient enough to clear the steam from the room. Also if you want me to use the excellent towels for a second day, a heated towel rail needed , or any towel rail to hang the bath towel after first use. 」

「The room was lovely, the helpful information and instructions were clear and easy to understand. (Might add some instructions for the coffee machine as I was being dim!) Lovely comfortable bed, great pillows, lots of room and very clean. Thank you for the recommended breakfast places we loved the Medina. 」

「There was limited evening meal choice when we stayed but it was still delicious, as was breakfast. The bedroom was a little too warm for our liking so we kept the window open, (frames need the mould removing though). All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Stairs to bedrooms/dining room/bar are a little steep so may not suit those with mobility issues. 」
