「Comfortable, great staff 」

「From start to finish the stay was exceptional. To add a little icing on the stay a Welsh male voice choir was present to sing before dinner. Rooms, Service, food all Fantastic!」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....
