"Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite. Definitely go again !!"

"Wonderful stay, gave us early check in, card and chocolates for our 51st Anniversary! Went back to hotel to have a drink in bar at 9.30. Not much of a space to sit and socialise. Breakfast good but expect Pancakes or Eggs Benedict as in sister hotel Wild Pheasant. "

"Too warm, could not open window, it was very warm outside, scaffolding erected outside window. Was locked out on Friday night, had to go Reception to explain they thought I was staying 1 night, told them it was for 2, don't know how that happened."

"Tatty and in poor condition, awful place. We checked into room 210 this weekend, the shower does not work, just the bath taps. Bathroom dated and very tatty. Bedroom the same, cracked paint, unsafe electrical switches, one mug for 2 people to share. A truly awful place. "
