「Had a lovely stay after a bit of bumpy start for not getting a warmest welcome that would ahve made 」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「We knew the bathroom was not en suite, but we did not realize how far from our room it would be for middle of the night trips up and down all those stairs! The breakfast was very good. Perhaps they could add some yoghurt. Staff in breakfast room was lovely. No view.」

「Lovely room with great bathroom. A bath and separate shower was a treat. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. WiFi was good and nice decor. Staff were pleasant and was lovely to be able to converse Welsh. Location was handy for lots of places to visit. Defo hope to be back」

「A lovely, peaceful stay with gracious and friendly hosts who were always happy to help out if needed. Nice clean linen and towels and a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious each morning. 」

「The room was lovely, the helpful information and instructions were clear and easy to understand. (Might add some instructions for the coffee machine as I was being dim!) Lovely comfortable bed, great pillows, lots of room and very clean. Thank you for the recommended breakfast places we loved the Medina. 」

「Practical place to stay, on the promenade. Friendly staff, dogs welcome. Clean, good bed and shower. If you go there at the weekend the parking spaces are free on the promenade for 4 hours ( Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm).」

「I had a beautiful 3 night stay, gorgeous view from my window. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff very helpful and friendly. Travelling alone was a little daunting but I needn't have worried, I was very comfortable and felt safe. 」
