"Clean room,nice place to stay!"

"Don't judge a book by its cover. Upon arrival the exterior of the joint looked a bit sketchy but the inside was a completely different story. Everything was super clean and newly renovated. It was quiet and peaceful!"

"The room was outdated. Pillows SMALL... smaller than throw pillows! It was stuffy despite turning the AC down. The tub was stained and had paint chipping. But the worst? The TV remote wasn't working and the TV said to we had to set up a Samsung remote with our Smartphone. My husband tried. Was denied. I tried and denied. Called and desk clerk said they'd inform maintance. Nothing was done. Wasn't given wash rags. Desk clerk said some will be up with them. Nope. I have to stay in Bloomington later in May and it will not be here. No way."

"The room really needed an update. There were a couple of mini dead flies in the window sills. The Wallpaper was bubbling. The bed and couch were comfy. The hot tub was nice but the knobs were very hard to turn. The pool was clean but needs to be painted. The staff was Amazing. Breakfast was good."

"Dirty room. Refrigerator did not work. No in room coffee."

"Room was not clean. Dried urine on toilet I ended up cleaning myself. Mold in tub. Not sure if sheets were even fresh as they were severely wrinkled and did not smell clean. Was super disappointed by the complimentary breakfast. Bread goods were hard as a rock both days. (Same food was out both mornings) Only four yogurts in the fridge. Three cereal options and all were stale. Juice was colored water and tasted strange at that. Only truly edible thing available in our two day stay was the waffles. The pool was so uncleaned that we didn’t even try to use. I booked this stay looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with my husband for his birthday but was extremely disappointed as all the amenities advertised were dirty, moldy, and outdated. It may be worth the price for a quick overnight stay but the cleanliness issues make me think you’d pay for it. Extremely disappointed in the advertising and customer service. Will not be back."

"The staff were very friendly. I think that is the only positive thing about my stay. I booked this hotel for the pool. But when I got there it was down for manitnce. Looks like they were using it for storage. The hallway carpet wasn't very clean. My room had an ant problem. I will never stay there again!!!!!"
