"I was very disappointed in this hotel stay for several reasons. 1. The bed was so high above the floor, even with my wife and I NOT being short people, we had to "climb up" into the bed everytime. 2. There were no cups for the coffee maker nor in the bathroom. 3. Neither of the 2 phones in the room worked, so I couldn't even call the front desk about getting cups brought to the room, I had to go downstairs to and get them myself. 4. The hallway going to our room smelled like old rotten...

"It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted to stay at a nice hotel with indoor pool. Well me and my older son got to the pool before my wife and my daughter and her 2 other friends. We had rented 2 rooms. My son was already in the pool against the deep in and the girls just got in when he moved away from the wall and the pool light fell out and was floating in the pool with the wires. I told them all to get out ASAP and called the front desk. To me it sounded like this has happened...

The staff here are above and beyond friendly and I love the fact that they remember me so it saves a lot of time when checking. I enjoy being greeted by the staff here. They are more like family. That's how much Ive stayed here. They are great the rooms are perfect. "
