"The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. The microwave as well as the area were dirty both days. Asked housekeeping to clean it. Also the pool is nice but the chlorine was so strong in the pool area my eyes were burning and Iwe was just...

"Updated decor, comfy bed, very clean. My only complaint is luggage cart availability. Management was kind enough to loan me their maintenance cart so I could leave. It seems people keep the only two carts in their rooms, so they are rarely returned to the entrances. Surely there's some kind of cheap tracker that can be put on the carts?"

"Staff was super helpful connecting multiple reservations and liked the extended pool/hot tub hours. Would love 'jets' in the hot tub vs loud bubbling water - better for more relaxation and therapeutic benefits"
