「The hand shower in the bathroom made a strange drilling sound every time I used it. The room was a bit untidy when I first entered. The bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, and there was only one carpet, which wasn’t very useful after coming from the shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. Other than that, everything was good. 」

The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected.
