"Exceptional. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this Inn. They had both the fire pit and fire place lit at night offering a very inviting calming area. They had activities outside and an amazing view. Inside was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was wonderful. There were no added or hidden costs, they offered quality options for drinks and snacks. "

"This is a beautiful and unique hotel which has been built into an old courthouse in Litchfield. Rooms have great use of space and decor. Staff went out of their way both at the front desk, restaurant, and bar. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Check-in was very busy. Only one person to check in and the process for the people ahead of me seemed to take a bit of time. The attendant was wonderful though. The worst part of the stay is the noise. The floors in the room have no carpeting, so if you are below any floor, you will hear every footstep and chair movement. The bed was very comfortable, but the smell of cleaning fluid permeated my clothing, so I noticed it when I unpacked at home the next evening."

"Staff was very nice and the area is lovely and easy parking and very convenient location. It was generally clean. View outside was great. But, there are people with loud kids and you can smell there have been smokers in the room in the past and some marijuana smoke in the hallways. "
