「Siamo rimasti solo due giorni ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è eccezionale: gentile, professionale e disponibile. Parcheggio agevole. La camera era pulita e confortevole. 「We stayed here for a quick one night visit to Killarney. Location of this hotel is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on sleeping in a bit…. Housekeeping staff set up all cleaning carts and dirty laundry bags in the hallway and are talking loud to each other starting a little after 7am. Not considerate of sleeping guests. 」

「The apartment was exactly as described and check-in and check-out was smooth. The area is walkable and there are several shops around. The only detail is that they don't leave soap for the washing machine or dish washer, or any coffee, all of which are standard in this type of accommodation. 」

We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping. My main suggestion is about food because I am Celiac and need gluten-free options. The options were limited, and I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room for food I keep with me because of the limited menu options I often am...

「The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. 」

「This hotel is an oasis from the bustle of Killarney. The room was very classy and spacious. Bedding was excellent and love that there was a down pillow. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Stephen is very friendly, excellent bar tender and server. Actually, all staff we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Location is close to National Park and about a 15-20 minute walk into city Centre.」
