Nice, clean B&B, in walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Stayed two nights and found that the rooms are only serviced every other day, which is fine as far as cleaning the room or making the bed is concerned, but it would have been nice if they had emptied the trash and replenished the toilet paper daily. Overall a nice place.

Room was clean. Not very large but that was ok. Happy to have private bathroom. Coffee/tea service was great. Did not opt into breakfast so not sure about that. The room was not soundproof but much quieter than other places i've stayed at. Great location and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Great location for sightseeing and Ring of Kerry. Only complaint is that blow dryer could only be used in the bedroom but no mirror available at comfortable level to dry my hair.

We loved our stay at Ardree House! All of the staff was super friendly and kind. The breakfast is AMAZING. We absolutely loved how walkable the area is. The Killarney park is right across the road and leads to Ross Castle through a beautiful wooden path. If we ever come back to Killarney, Ardree House is where we will stay.

The Adree House Bed and breakfast was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location is so close to shopping, places to dine and enjoy all the lively Irish music. Very nice accommodtion -- lovely decor and nice bar with coffee and tea during the day. Room was comfortable but the shower was very difficult to get the right temperature -- was almost scalding despite trying to adjust.

The perfect home away from home! From the moment we checked in, Brida and Andrew were absolutely delightful and helpful. It was so cosy, coffee and tea always available. Beds were comfortable, the room was warm. Iron available in the room. Easy walk to the town centre. Breakfast was delicious. I can't recommend Ardree House enough!

A very clean property which is close to the city centre. The property has a parking. The room was very clean. The breakfast was more than correct and the service was excellent. Finally and the most important thing is that people, I mean the workers at the property were very nice.

Ardree House is beautiful with lovely furniture and lounge areas to use. Great breakfast. Carpark. Shower water pressure was fairly weak. A sign on the roadside would make it easier to find as there is no street number
