Sympa

Pas de ménage en court de séjour. Chaque matin, on rangeait tout pour que la femme de ménage ait simplement le lit à faire et passer un coup d'aspirateur mais pas de passage durant nos 3 jours... Réceptionniste durant le WE très avenante et sympa.

Séjour professionnel. ma chambre était cotée parking Avec des spot de lumière puissant orienté sur la façade de l hôtel résultat il y avait énormément de lumière dans la chambre malgré le rideau fermé. Et si vous vouliez prendre une bonne douche pour vous réveillez d une nuit difficile il vous faut mesurer 1m50 Max pour être sous le jet .

hôtel convenable accueil désagréable

Notre nuit s'est relativement bien passée. Seul l'accueil à été assez décevant. Nous nous sommes présentés à l'hôtel lisses 1 et l'hôtesse d'accueil n'a pas été très sympathique pour nous expliquer qu'il y avait un lisses 2. C'est évident qu' il y ait 2 hôtels de la même chaîne l'un à côté de l'autre !!! Arrivés dans le bon hôtel, cette fois l'hôtesse d'accueil ne trouvait pas notre réservation. Malgré les mails de confirmation, elle nous a expliquer pendant presque 10 minutes que nous n'avions pas de reservation. Résumé un accueil assez décevant mais ce souvent le cas dans ses hôtels bon marché.

La chambre d’hôtel était imprégnée d’une odeur de cigarette à vous retourner le cœur. L’évier était bouché. Le reste convenait à mes attentes. Le personnel est gentil. Le déjeuné est bon.
