"Modern hotel in the centre of Bordeaux, opposite small shopping mall. The rooms were well proportioned and pleasant, there was an also a restaurant onsite. The staff were extremely helpful. There is a shared kitchenette on each floor with shared fridge but no mini bar in rooms. The restaurant also didn’t have many Gluten free options, but there were several options nearby, including delicious galettes."

"The hotel is located in a great area. Accessible to transport and restaurants and shopping. Staff are helpful. Provided with a room in a quiet location. Bathroom was compact but clean and in good condition. Plenty of space in room. A mini fridge would make a great addition. Great place to stay."

"This was an excellent hotel and perfect location to enjoy Bordeaux. It’s is either steps or a short tram ride from most things one would want to enjoy in the city and it is two blocks from the tram stop. The staff was extremely helpful and nice and provided everything we needed. The room was clean and fully equipped. Highly recommend!"

"The front desk and concierge were extremely friendly and helpful. Being from the states we were slightly worried about communication. They understood and spoke English very well which made check in and parking much easier. Valet services for personal cars were helpful as well. The room was beautiful and better than our expectations. A lot of features that we wished to have in hotels in the states, such as towel dryers and do not disturb buttons. The rooms appeared to be cleaned twice daily and well maintained. I will definitely be back with friends for our next trip to Bordeaux. Highly recommended. My only negative comment is it is a bit far of a walking distance from the main city areas but otherwise that helps keep the hotel area very quiet."
