Great work from Selina and mitigate the situation of tiles falling from the bath room. Breakfast is cold and staff are unfriendly without any greeting. We are expecting better service from a 5 star hotel.

Hotel in good condition. The only problem is the lack in communication. The staff can speak only Chinese and one should thought for an International Hotel chain some staff should be able to speak English. Specific to check in.
