「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「Clean room, simple online check in, offered a free beer because of self check-in, conveniently located for university, pubs and Ulster Museum. We were a family of 4 in 2 double beds. Plenty of space for everyone.」
