「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. The underground parking gave us peace of mind with our rental car and travels. The proximity of the grocery store and other shopping facilities was a big plus to our everyday needs. 「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「This was a surprising gem of a find. It ticked off all the proper boxes: Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Superb communication with management regarding remote check in, check out, etc. The attached bar offers good food and drinks, and there are also many quirky and tasty places of all kinds within a 5 minute walk left or right. The location is closer to the Uni quarter than downtown, but both are within walkable range. I will definitely stay here again. l 」
