Les lieux communs sont collés sur le plus grand dortoir et aucune porte ne sépare les deux : résultat, on entend tout. Les deux toilettes (pour 14 personnes) sont souvent bouchées, l'eau chaude dans la douche est inconstante. L'employé qui nous a accueilli semblait être présent seulement lorsque de nouveaux voyageurs arrivait et nous n'avons identifié aucun autre employé disponible pour nous aider si besoin.

Eu reservei por 14 dias através do site, pois estou de mudança para Lisboa, a cursar um Mestrado de dois anos. Como o tempo não foi suficiente para encontrar um apartamento definitivo, contratei diretamente com acomodação mais 14 dias. Durante todo o tempo que estive lá, eles foram excelentes em questão de atendimento e suporte. As camas possuem uma cortina que te da privacidade e realmente não dá para ver nada por ela. Além disso, cada cama contém pelo menos 03 tomadas, um ventilador individual e um suporte para colocar itens pessoais, como celular e carteira. Eu pude ver, nesse quase 01 mês, que eles realmente trocam a roupa de cama a cada hospede, inclusive a minha (mesmo eu permanecendo por um longo período na mesma cama). Além disso, eles fazem limpezas diárias com aspirador de pó, pano e lavam os banheiros. O hostel fica a menos de 03 minutos andando de uma estação de metro e de mercado. Essa estação de metro leva diretamente ao aeroporto e também a combinação com outras linhas. Região muito boa. É claro que você tem que ter em mente que está ficando em um Hostel (quarto compartilhado). Teve dias que algumas companhias não eram agradáveis, mas isso nada tem a ver com o hostel. E sempre que foi necessário, eles interviram e agiram pensando no bem estar de todos. Para quem for ficar bastante tempo, importante saber que tem maquina de lavar ( 5 euros) e de secar (3 euros) roupas. Recomendo.
