We also facilitated a reservation for dinner for you the following day, as per your request. Unfortunately, the requested restaurant for luch was fully booked, and despite our efforts to offer alternative suggestions and secure a backup reservation, we understand that this did not meet your expectations. Second time at this gem and I wasn’t disappointed. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the rooftop restaurant saved us in hot days and the staff were amazing!

Amazing stay! The rooftop bar and restaurant was absolutely delicious! Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They left small little surprises for us throughout our stay and made sure we had plenty of bottled water!

Completely amazing experience! We went in August (I'm late posting). The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The staff is exceptional and made our stay perfect. They gave us perfect recommendations based on our requests. It actually felt like we were family and made sure no detail was too small. The room was great, spa day was perfect as was the trip. Thank you so much for giving us a magical vacation!

As a rule and a good eco-comfort compromise, we only change towels , when they are wet, on request or if they are on the floor or not hanging. It is a pity we were not made aware of this during your stay so that we could immediately ask housekeeping to change your towels. These situations, unfortunately, do not reflect on the service we aim to provide. We would have hoped to get feedback regarding our other services, which we hope were at par with your expectations. All things being considered we feel a rating of “1” is a little harsh and hope you are able to reconsider this score.Thank you once again for sharing. We hope to have new opportunities to welcome you back and show you our true colours!

Two bedroom apartment was perfect for my family. Hotel & room were impeccably clean. Service was excellent. Restaurant catered to our dietary needs (celiac/gluten free). Hotel was also beautiful and in walking distance to restaurants/shopping.

Excellent location, spacious room with complementary drinks, rooftop lounge with great view! This was a vibrant part of town with good food, shopping, parks, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

BAD SERVICE!! It is not worth it at all. Service at the restaurant/terrace is AWFUL!! The reception/concierge is USELESS!! Why would you stay at “5 star” hotel with poor service and amenities? There are plenty of hotels nearby who offer better service!! If you don’t mind waiting for a drink 30 minutes or relying on the front desk for taxis to take you to the airport or train station that never arrive (adding you extra stress), then this is a place to stay. And oh by the way, don't go to the lobby bathroom, there is no toilet paper!! It is really not worth paying the 5-star fees for poor service!

Great Hotel!
Great hotel in the heart of Barrio Alto. All the rooms are apartment style with a living room and small kitchenette so they are very spacious. Staff was very helpful. If you’re driving it’s a bit tricky since the neighborhood is closed off so if you can avoid it so so. One thing to note is that the Barrio Alto neighborhood gets very busy and loud at night due to all the bars in the area. However the rooms are very well insulated and the noise is not a issue. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the nightlife.

Beautiful design, good restaurant and pleasant staff. Terrible location with bars and restaurants with outdoor seeting under the room windows. Partying and noise until 3am at least everynight! Also, very dark other then if you are on the top floor.

Great Location
We stayed here for eight nights. For us, this was the perfect location. We could easily walk everywhere or catch some form of public transportation. The rooms are small but very well designed. Breakfast was just right to get the day started and always offered fresh fruit.

Nice hotel but not for vegans
Hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable - right in the middle of Lisbon. Unfortunately they dont cater for vegans - they inly have avocado on toast and they expected us to pay £30pp per day for breakfast and havent refunded it yet. Unfortunately due to this we didnt extend our stay at the hotel. Complete rip off.

This is a fantastic hotel and excellent location in Lisbon. It has such a premium vibe and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly set-up, clean and spacious. The rooftop bar also has excellent views and a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing from the moment we were greeted at the door on a rainy late arrival. Greeted with an umbrella and both people behind the desk, stood up. That was consistent during our stay. We booked the two room apartment and was not disappointed. The food was amazing at the restaurant and the women chef (didn’t get her name) meticulously crafted our meals and added the most beautiful garnishes before sending our plates to us. We enjoyed an afternoon cocktail too which was a seasonal drink that was 8 euro but worth 100. The staff In the restaurant was beyond kind and was attentive to any need or ask. We even all hugged when we left. I’d highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon.
