Very nice place to stay

Very close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Clean spacious apartment in the historic area. Walking distance to pretty much everything you want to see in the old town.

Worst place I have ever stayed!!! Avoid!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in all my years traveling. The apartment had no air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer, which was not disclosed anywhere in the description. We had to open the windows which had no screens and between my partner and I, we had over 50 bug bites between the two of us by the end of our stay. Starting at 6:30am every morning was the loudest construction within the building, including jack hammers, building scraps and materials being thrown from an upstairs window down into a metal bin just outside our bedroom window. Again, this was not disclosed in the description when choosing this apartment, as we would have never picked it if we would have known about the unreasonably loud construction and no air conditioning. Furthermore, the bathroom smelled like sewage and we had to run the fan constantly to keep the odor at bay and the shower was less than desirable with rust all over it and extremely small. We were provided with 2 tiny soaps that did not even last a few days for a 5 night stay. The toilet seat cracked from simply closing the lid and we were charged over $50USD for it, which I find absolutely insane, since we did nothing to cause this damage. The toilet seat was obviously old and brittle if it breaks simply from the lid falling closed. We were also charged some other fees which I have yet to figure out why. I would absolutely not stay here!

Flat maravilhoso.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa. O flat é excelente. Tudo novo, funcionando bem e muito limpo. Quarto amplo, com instalações novas. A sala pode também acomodar mais duas pessoas com tranquilidade. Tem uma cozinha bem montada que permite preparar ou esquentar refeições. A localização também é excelente, perto do Rossio e da Praça do Comércio. Ao lado tem um supermercado maravilhoso com comida de boa qualidade que voce pode comprar e comer em casa. Em função da qualidade do flat o preço é muito bom. As pessoas que nos atenderam são gentis e dedicadas. O Luís, responsável pela nossa estadia tomou todas as providências para enviar para Coimbra o óculos que minha esposa esqueceu no hotel. Agradecemos muito essa gentileza. Voltando a Lisboa ficarei lá novamente.

Apartamento entre Baixa y Alfama.

Apartamento muy bonito y muy bien situado. Fácil aparcamiento en la calle aunque he de decir que me rompieron la ventanilla del coche y me robaron. Cocina muy completa y baño aceptable. Cama muy cómoda no tanto el sofá cama. Nos obstante apartamento muy recomendable.

O apartamento é muito bom e bem equipado. Tem um sofá cama confortável e o local é silencioso. O apartamento fica no 2o andar. A localização é ótima, perto de supermercado e do centro histórico. Fomos bem recebidos e nossa estadia foi ótima.
