Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall, an ok stay. There was a ferret??? when we first walked into the apartment which was surprising. We never saw it again though lol. The cleanliness was ok not great and the amenities like the kitchen were also ok. The WiFi password was not available. It is within walking distance from restaurants, transportation, and the city center which was nice. We mostly just slept and showered there anyway so it was ok.
Unfortunately , there is a staff intrusive tiward the guests. Isabell is her name, she make unreasonable comments and she is careless.
Basically, this is an appointment on the ground floor with four rooms. However, it is very clean place. For the cheaper accommodation in the area. It is suitable for short term. It is easy to found the property.
The only thing i didn't like was the attitude of staff Isabel.
Regards
Rita
The guest house is not staffed with a front desk. Isabel is there to ensure that things are clean and run smoothly. She is exceptional and the only reason the staffing did not recieve 0 stars. Whoever handles the bookings and office details really dropped the ball. Email was not answered, phone calls were never picked up, and I was left to guess whether I really had a booking. The accomodations are fine, but the communication ensures that I won't be returning.

Growing pains with amalgamating the websites.
The contact person claimed they’d sent me the check in form although upon checking, it had been forwarded to Expedia.
I was charged a cleaning fee which wasn’t mentioned on Hotels.com. The room prices and cleaning fee charges on the other sites are different prices.
It’s on a very loud street and the walls are thin. The bed is very firm. There is mold in the bathroom. It’s fine for a night or two.
We do not recommend this place. Beds are too small and not confortable. Noise coming from the street and from inside (walls are very thin). Bedsheets were dirty. Towels not replaced in 5 days. Communication was hectic. Door is not closing properly in room 1.
Be aware you will share kitchen and bathroom.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
It’s good value for money but there were couple issues during our stay.
1) it says city tax is payable at the property and Expedia asks not to pay anything anyway else but on the website. The property wanted me to pay the tax online beforehand or they wouldn’t let us in. So I was forced to pay online and next day someone came to ask for cash to pay for the tax. I sent them confirmation that I’ve sent the money and they asked to send it again.
2) because there’s common areas they didn’t know what belongs to who in the fridge and staff throw away my baguette I wanted to have for my dinner. They did apologise for that
3) someone kept taking the spare toilet paper we were given in the bathroom so many times it happened that I had to use toilet paper from men’s toilet.
4) one of our beds were really squeaky and something kept squeaking outside which was really annoying because we had to close the window to sleep which made it hot inside - no fan no a/c
I’d still recommend to stay because it’s good location and not expensive at all
We had a hard time getting a hold of the staff after arriving a day later then planned. When we came a day late, we walked into our “room” and it was completely dirty and slept in. We had no where else to go and they did not respond about the issue until the next afternoon
