Nice boutique hotel in a perfect location.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The hotel was very unique and rooms were spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was nice. Not having an elevator was challenging with a spiral staircase but we just took it slow carrying the suitcases to the 3rd floor.

The apartment was lovely and practical for our family of 4. Kitchen well equipped and beds vey comfortable. Central location and wonderful management. Only complaint was weekend noise from popular street but ear plugs solved the problem.

Great, convenient apartment

Very helpful staff who communicated clearly and made check in and check out easy. Apartment is in a perfect, very convenient location walkable to metro, restaurant and sights. We were on the 5th floor so we had to carry luggage up and down stairs, however the staff helped us both up and down. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was so adorable, and comfortable. We were on the second floor, but we did have help with our luggage at check in. We loved the neighborhood and it was an easy walk from the metro station and also down to the water’s edge.

Lisbon 4 day stay

Otilia apartment was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Our balcony was great for a Birds Eye view of street entertainment. Stairs to walk up are steep and narrow - a certain level of fitness needed for the climb. I would stay here again.

Reserved 2 apartments and both apartment were amazing. The units were VERY clean and had all the essential linens, toiletry and kitchen utensils. It was a prime location in front of a VERY busy street. All the famous Portuguese tarts were within walking distance. In the evening there are a lot of street performers and entertainment. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. Some things to note: there is no elevator so be prepare to walk up the stairs.

Excellent location but apartment is quite run down

Overall it's a 3 out of 5 for an apartment on a 6th floor. The good: Excellent location, comfortable beds. Dishwasher and other small appliances. The bad: Apartment is quite run down. For example when it rained window in a bathroom leaked fairly substantially. Bathroom is very small, because of the ceiling/roof configuration you need to be careful on using toilet(!).

Great location to really be in the heart of Lisbon! Note that it's not the most quiet location, as there is a (great) busker that sings outside until about 10/11pm. However, the wood shutters on the window do a great job at shutting out the noise! And you can use the AC is it gets a little warm. It's very walkable. Lisbon is just... amazing. First time visiting and was glad to stay here. OH, also note that there is NO ELEVATOR, as it's an older building! Totally fine for us, but not for everyone.

The hotel was absolutely amazing!!! Staff was great, the unit was super clean and it was amazing located!!! We had a balcony that overlooked the main strip with all the restaurants and shows! It’s very safe and u gave ur own key card to enter the building and the room. One thing fir thought when booking; the hotel does not have an elevator. So if you have a lot of luggage, you have to climb the floors to your room. We were on the 4th floor; what a workout! But the staff is right there to help you out, no questions asked!! They are wonderful people and very very helpful from beginning to end!!! We will definitely go back!!

Don’t let the stairs deter you!

We are a family of 3 and one of the travelers is a 15 year old. We needed the space to avoid being on top of one another. The apartment was comfortable and right in the heart of everything. As indicated in other reviews, there is no elevator and therefore you have to be comfortable going up and down steps. The staff helped us with our luggage (thank god). My only complaint is that the bathroom shower is a bit small, but I understand that given the historic nature of the building. If you are looking for something in the middle of all the activity - go ahead and book.
