Small room but clean and well maintained place

The room was as described and the common areas were great to have. One thing is I tried to text two of the hosts at the numbers they provided with a minor question and no one ever got back to me. But I would recommend this as a budget option in Lisbon.

Best Value in Lisbon

Booked Nesha for one night before flying out of Lisbon. Was a little nervous booking this place…as soon as we walked in all our worries melted away. Self check in was a breeze, rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Communal areas are nice and spacious, kitchen has everything except food of course. The neighbourhood is quiet with lots of dining options in close proximity. Getting to downtown was easy using metro or uber. We took scooters from downtown back to Nesha which was a lot of fun…dedicated bike lanes for most of the ride back. They have an underground parking garage just steps from the location…note that the garage is a little scary, minimal lighting and one way in and out. Bring a flaslight and a friend especially if parking at night. Street parking is an option but you may need to do some hunting for a space. Nesha team is super responsive with any questions and requests, very thorough with ensuring you have all info and instructions needed to have an enjoyable stay. Given the relative cost per night of hotels in Lisbon, we will definitely stay there again.

Schön aber laut.

Gute Lage, super sauber, nett eingerichtet. Aber wenn man einen Ort zum übernachten sucht und schlafen will nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Adams Family, im Parterre direkt neben der Tür, die Wände lassen nicht nur den Schall rein, sie scheinen ihn zu verstärken. Jedes Flugzeug, Auto, Gespräch auf der Straße scheint direkt im Zimmer zu geschehen. Wir haben kein Auge zugetan.

Suitable for kids, good location, cleanliness

Newly renovated, furniture in great shape, big room, superb shower, all’s nice and clean. The shared living and dining rooms were also great, just the kitchen itself would need some attention. Also the entrance gate is not closing properly and causing noise in super silent neighbourhoods. But the overall score is 9.9/10! Anna was prompt at solving an issue upon our arrival, I would stay again here if I will ever comeback to Lisboa. Cool room names such as Holyweird, Tropical mood, Adams family… We were in the ground floor and it is perfectly situated for kids. Kitchen, shared properties and some rooms are on 2nd eventually 3rd floor. Tip for travellers with kids: many public playgrounds in the area
