Great hotel for a good price! Clean, good staff and really nice rooms! Mall and bus station next to the hotel for easy shopping and to go to the center which is 10-15 min away

The hotel room was the best that I had stayed in during my whole trip. I traveled to Italy (5 cities) then Greece, and Spain. The suite was spacious, the bed was comfortable, modern and cleaned daily. The cafe served excellent food that was connected to the hotel. The metro was a few feet from the hotel and the super market was a few more feet. Coffee was available in room along with a kettle. The staff including reception, housekeeper, were all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay at other Luzeiros suite hotels when visiting other countries and returning to Lisbon.

The staff was so welcoming. The room was very cool. The light from the bathroom was slightly problematic in the middle of the night. But all in all we really enjoyed our quick stay. Thank you

No complaints—great stay. My room was comfortable & decently sized. I turned up the heat and it rattled, so I had to turn it off. Staff were nice and the adjoining restaurant was nice.

O staff do hotel é muito bom e está sempre tentando ajudar. Os quartos do hotel são todos diferentes, mas não demos muita sorte com o nosso. A porta do banheiro não fechava e vazava água, subia um cheiro ruim de esgoto. O único dia que pedimos a limpeza do quarto, foi feita de uma maneira bem superficial, o chão continuou sujo. A cama é bem mole, poderia ser mais firme. Fora isso as instalações sao boas, o café da manhã que custa 14 euros por pessoa é muito bom!

Good rooms and clean. Staff friendly Little out of centre but good and frequent transport links. A little noisy with metro below but if you are used to city living acceptable.

Good staff and an okay stay. Did notice blanket to still have previous tenant hair on it. As for main sheets they were clean. It is an average room and an average spot but they treated me well.

We upgraded our room to get a bath. Lovely room but shower leaked and bath plug did not fit properly. You can hear the planes taking off and landing but you get used to it! Breakfast included but no restaurant. No milk in the room for the British who like their tea! It was reasonably priced and nice helpful staff so I wouldn’t actually say ‘don’t go there’. We were probably just unlucky to have had problems in the bathroom.

The room was nice, but unfortunately it was located directly over the metro stop, so the subway trains strongly rattled our room fairly regularly.

The hotel was located very conveniently to the Metro and shops and restaurants. What I didn’t like was the misrepresentation of the room on the confirmation email. The room shown was not at all what I got. Also the bathroom is all done in marble and stone except the shower floor which is plastic and very squishy. Also bad smell in bathroom. The hotel pumps a very strong scent throughout the hotel all the time. Tough for those with scent allergies.

This my second stay here & the last was under a year ago so I think that speaks volumes. Very easy to locate & travel to & from, courtesy of the brilliant Lisbon Metro system & bus routes. Rooms are a good size, very clean & good facilities in them. My one issue would be that if you are going to refurbish sometime in the future make some provisions for a central charging point in the rooms. There are sockets but only one that you don't have to unplug something to power or charge a device. Nice sized fridge, kettle, coffee machine & hairdryer. Good sized bathroom with lovely shower & toiletries provided.

The hotel located on top of metro station. We were on second floor and every time a train passes the station entire hotel is shaking. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Extremamente chateado. Sofri um acidente no hotel devido ao vazamento de água na casa de banho e o hotel não prestou nenhum tipo de socorro. Cheguei a desmaiar, cortei minha boca, machuquei o meu ombro e trinquei 2 dentes. Hotel não se sensibilizou, não prestou socorro e não se ofereceu de nenhuma forma a reparar o dano causado. Além disso, cabe dizer que desde o meu primeiro dia no hotel, eu já vinha reclamando sobre o vazamento de água e nada foi feito, me mandavam apenas toalhas extras para colocar no chão.

During my trip around Europe, this was definitely my favorite place to stay! The check in was easy, the room was beautiful and by far the largest I had stayed in, and the location was super convenient in relation to restaurants and how walkable it was. Right by the train station and bull ring, this location comes highly recommended! The in room amenities were nice as well, with a full size walk in closet, several options for complimentary tea and coffee, and the bathroom was simply amazing! I really appreciate the detail that went into the hotel’s design, as every corner you turned there was something gorgeous to feast your eyes on. I loved that the staff communicated with me from the very moment I booked my room and they were extremely accommodating and welcoming. When I return to Lisbon, I will definitely be staying at Luzeiros Suites again!
