The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. I had to borrow some stationary types itemsan they helped make a nubs reservation with a private company. The public transportation companies were all on strike that day

Great staff. Very clean room. The bathroom in our room was almost too small to be comfortably used. The small sink combined with the shelf above made it nearly impossible to spit out toothpaste when brushing and toilet is too close to the wall ( and I'm not a large person). Otherwise, everything was very nice.

We enjoyed the excellent location- right near the Hop-on-hop-off buses where all their routes start. Also the staff on the reception and in the breakfast room were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was great with everything from omelettes to yogurts. We highly recommend this hotel- great value for your money.

Our stay here was great. A family room with enough space for all 4 of us, great cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast and close to the metro station so easy to get out and about. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our enjoyment.
