I got a very warm welcome from the lovely Alexandra.
I got a room as I requested, a top floor with a view to the trees and the city.
The location is great! And 3 min walking to the metro!
The room was tiny but enough for only me, clean and organized.
The bathroom was in a medium shape, they need to repair a little demeged. and the bathtub glass door didn't get till the end so a lot of water came out to the floor when i got showered.
The toilet paper was so thick and cheap that I bought soft on my own.
also had an outrageous noice from the ventilation fan, which desapeer if I cept the ventilation\(light) on for 5 minutes straight.
The mattresses are stiff; I prefer softer.
Alexandra was kind to check the problem with the noice and told me she was terribly sorry and would order a tech guy for the day after.
The day after, I asked the man in the reception to fix the problem and for two more pellows and he said that they will order the tech guy to the day after, (I'm there for only 4 days) I asked to mabye change to another room tonight and he rudely said, "Im sure you'll find something over there to complain about too."
At that point, I was shocked!
No need to say that I didn't get my pillows and the problem did not get fixed.
Except that rude guy, the other team were more than lovely.
The breakfast was cheap, no vegetables, not even butter, only margarine, I ate outside.
I stayed in the room and left the light in the bathroom so I wouldn't get any noice.
