An amazing stays at Eurostars Baixa! The hotel is incredible, our room and bathroom were a great size. The staff were very helpful, we couldn’t get our A/C working properly and they sorted it for us promptly whilst we were out. The location is GREAT, really central in Baixa, meant we could easily pop in and out. We would definitely return.

AMAZING hotel. Rooms were beautiful and spotless clean. The room also had a built in speaker in the ceiling to play your own music! Walking outside of the hotel and not being bombarded with city traffic (because the main street doesn’t allow cars due to the trolley) was another huge win. I can’t believe this hotel wasn’t sold out. It’s so close to all the attractions too! 10/10 will come back

Beautiful hotel, very convenient location, and fantastic staff. I don't remember the name of the staff member who helped us, but he was a young man with glasses. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our double room was a good size, with a large comfortable bed. Although the hotel is pretty central, it was quiet at night. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the free chilled water, apples and (most of the time) champagne in reception!
