- Welcoming was great, we booked a transfer so it was really convenient. - The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean, but vmc is missing so there was some humidity. - Breakfast was good and simple.

Perdo and his staff are very helpful and friendly. (we arrived at 2am!) The breakfast is excellent. Our room was nearest the kitchen so it was a bit noisy from the breakfast set up (7.30) and the washing machine (afternoon) - Also our bathroom was along the main corridor which wasn't ideal. All the other rooms seemed to be ensuite. so id book one of those next time That said, a great location for the town, river and the airport bus.

Very nice staff and helpful. Breakfast is awesome ! The best we had during our vacations. Room is spacious and well decorated as the hotel. The only negatives points would be that there is no insonorisation and matresses are really unconfortable. Otherwise we really enjoy our stay.

Great B&B
This our 2nd time at Asul B&B and we can definitely recommend it. Nice rooms and breakfast (compared to very basic breakfasts we usually got on other b&b in Portugal). And above all - the super host Pedro that does everything to make sure you will have great stay.

The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro / train station . ferry terminal and less than 20 minutes walk into the heart of the city. Added to that, there are a great number of bars and restaurants along the way, so you never have to go too far. The room was spacious, with lots of hangers for our clothes, while the bathroom was also much better than you would typically expect at this type of property. My only note of contention here is that it was separate from the room, diagonally across, but this was countered by the fact we had been provided with dressing gowns which were useful for this journey and for going to breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, this was a highlight. The croissants and bread were particularly excellent and there was a good range of cereals and some high-quality meat to choose from. We also enjoyed the freshly-squeezed orange juice in the morning which was deliciously refreshing. An added bonus was also having access to the fridge in the kitchen where we could store additional refreshments to have before going out for dinner in the evening. All in all, I would recommend this B&B and, should I return to Lisbon, there is every chance I would choose to stay here again.

Great location in Lisbon
Asul was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Pedro was communicative in the days leading up to our stay, as well as the day of our check in. The onsite staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a space heater for the rather chilly evening. The only surprise was that the ensuite private room with private bathroom included exclusive use of a private bathroom that was across the hall. It was still private to us, but just not connected to our room. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know in advance. I would certainly recommend Asul B&B to anyone traveling to Lisbon!

The owner was very helpful and courteous. Although not fluent in English, he tried his best to communicate all he could about Lisbon. We were not happy with the breakfast initially, but he realized that and inquired with us and provided whatever we asked for. The television was not working and when he was informed, he immediately replaced it. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was that the bathroom was outside the room and close to a common entrance with occupants from the other room. The bathroom was for our use only but lacked privacy. Due to the abundant nightlife, it could get noisy at night but was manageable. Trams are available just outside the hotel and the train station is quite close by. Convenient to get to the main square and beach towns of Estoril & Cascais.

Ottima soluzione per brevi soggiorni
Piccolo e familiare b&b. La stanza era come l’avevamo immaginata, grande e pulita. Per brevi soggiorni è la soluzione ideale, per più giorni, sopratutto con un bambino di due anni, penso avremmo optato per qualcos’altro. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un punto negativo riguarda i rumori. Essendo camere in un appartamento e basandoci sulla strutturazione degli edifici di Lisbona, si sentiva praticamente tutto delle camere adiacenti o dei piani superiori. Avendo il sonno pesante però non ci ha particolarmente disturbato la cosa.

Pedro is very friendly and helpful... also his staff. We spent a wonder days in Lisbon. The apartment is very near the center and easy to reach everyplace by walk or transport. We recommend this place for everyone.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Uns hat das Zimmer gut gefallen, das Bad war auch okay. Pedro und seine Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr nett, total hilfsbereit und hatten gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sightseeing. Das Frühstück - großartig.

Unterkunft mit angenehmer Gästezahl und sehr schönen Zimmern. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Sehr schönes Ambiente und perfekte Lage. Die Küche kann individuell genutzt werden u. so kann man sich zwischendurch auch mal selbst versorgen. Der Besitzer Pedro ist ein super Gastgeber - gibt tolle Tipps u. hat mit seiner Mitarbeiterin eine echte Perle vor Ort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder🇵🇹

Grote en verzorgde kamer. Alleen was de prive badkamer helaas op de gang. Ontbijt erg lekker, wel last van het geluid in de ochtend. Locatie perfect en personeel en eigenaren en erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Quarto muito confortável. Bom cafe da manhã. Para quem vai de carro fique atento com o parquímetro nas vagas pagas na rua. Possui uma pequena escadaria para chegar à porta que cansa quem tem pessoas de isade ou vai com muitas malas.

sehr gute lage, um lissabon zu erkunden sauber personal sehr freundlich pick-up hat funktioniert sehr gute tipps zu lissabon vom eigentümer frühstück sehr eintönig - aber ok, wenn man nur ein paar tage bleibt hotel reagiert nicht auf emails ausschreibung bei expedia irreführend - hatten ein anderes zimmer erwartet.

Das Asul ist mehr als nur ein B&B! Hier fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Pedro begrüßt seine Gäste persönlich und jeder erhält eine ausführliche Einweisung inkl. Sightseeing Tipps. Da meine Tochter und ich ohne genauen Plan nach Lissabon gekommen sind, hat er uns ein komplettes Programm für 4 Tage aufgestellt. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir Hilfe benötigen. Ganz klar, wo wir übernachten, sollten wir einmal wieder nach Lissabon kommen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.die Zimmer waren gepflegt , sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Pedro und seine Angestellten waren alles sehr nett und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Sehr zentral gelegen. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Mit Meinen Kindern 6/8 J. war es perfekt für uns. Pedro hat sogar extra Cornflakes und Nutella für die Kids gekauft. Er war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Hatte viele Tipps für Lissabon. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

리스본에 숙박한다면 여기!
들어가서 가장 첫번째 방이었습니다. 주방이 가까워 아침 준비하는 소리가 들릴 수 있고 전용욕실이지만 따로 떨어져 있습니다. 그럼에도 리스본에 간다면 다시 여기 묵고 싶습니다. 아침은 각종 차, 커피, 착즙한 오렌지주스, 나타, 빵, 햄, 치즈, 잼, 버터 등이 제공되고 아침마다 불편한 거 없는지 물어봐주십니다. 또한, 숙소 사장님은 묵는 내내 계속 일정을 체크해주고 좋은 곳과 식당을 안내해주셨습니다. 이렇게 친절한 분은 본 적이 없습니다. 한국 분들, 꼭 여기 묵으세요.

Für einen Städtekurztrip ein angenehmes Appartement mit guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung. Der Gastgeber holte uns persönlich vom Flughafen ab und zeigte uns schon vorab einiges der Stadt. Das Zimmer war preiswert, allerdings auch recht spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Bad sehr schön, jedoch über den Flur zu erreichen, die Betten waren leider eine wirkliche Katastrophe. Nicht unsauber, aber äußerst unbequem. Jeden Morgen bekamen wir ein kleines hübsches Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und leckeren Pastels da Natas! Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera matrimoniale con letto aggiunto. La camera era pulita ed il letto comodo. C’era anche un ventilatore. Arredamento semplice ed assenziale. Il bagno privato era nel corridoio esterno alla camera. Il proprietario gentile è disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante.
