"Hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Gute Matratzen. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, kaum Ablagefläche. Beim Duschen wird alles nass. Grundsätzlich schön gelegen, etwas abseits, weswegen wir es auch gebucht haben. Allerdings gab es das angegebene Restaurant nicht, sodass man darauf angewiesen ist, zum Essen gehen nochmal loslaufen zu müssen. Frühstück muss man einen Tag vorher auswählen und per App bestellen. "Location was very good. Breakfast was very good. Staff generally good, but check in staff was disinterested and not really listening. Gym should have water available. Our family suite was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. However, 2 of the cups in room not washed on check-in! Can be noisy with 6am prayers (broadcasted with speakers by mosque near hotel). Earplugs were not effective in blocking the sound."

"I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point. I needed to add RM7 per person to upgrade my à la carte breakfast to a buffet.The hotel gym is good, and I liked it. The location and parking are easily accessible."

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was comfortable but the best is the new linen and fluffy new towels."

"I had a couple of very pleasant days at the hotel, the room was clean. But when I arrived there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaky fridge, it was fixed very quickly, but should have been checked before guests were arriving. Also, the engineer that came to fix it, just walked in which was disturbing. The shower is quite fiddly and the first night I couldn't have a shower as I couldn't get any water to come out, the engineer came the next day and got it going but after a long day of travel the shower really should be working. Apart from these 2 issues the grounds were beautiful and the back of the veranda faced the jungle."
