Hotel muy bonito, el único ubicado dentro del parque, tuvimos problemas al llegar porque no habían cargado el importe total sin avisar (teníamos pago en el hotel) y su respuesta a nuestra reclamación fue muy desconsiderada, habitaciones necesitan algo de renovación y algunas estaban sucias (aunque nos las cambiaron sin problema). En general, pagas mucho más por estar dentro del parque, pero la relación calidad-precio no es espectacular.

Hôtel idéalement situé à l’entrée du parc. Chambre propre mais qui mériterait une remise à jour (un peu vieillot). Personnel très gentil et serviable. Le buffet est de qualité et à taille humaine. Les activités proposées par l’hôtel sont satisfaisantes mais avec trop de monde à notre goût. On a pu observer beaucoup d’animaux au sain de l’hotel (varan, sauterelle à feuille géante, singes, milles pattes….) ce qui est exceptionnel.

Wir waren zwei Nächte, das Zimmer war sauber und i.O. Aber es ist alles etwas in die Jahr gekommen, die Matrazen könnten mal erneuert werden und auch die Terasse vom Zimmer könnte mal gefegt und etwas sauber gemacht werden

I had a couple of very pleasant days at the hotel, the room was clean. But when I arrived there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaky fridge, it was fixed very quickly, but should have been checked before guests were arriving. Also, the engineer that came to fix it, just walked in which was disturbing. The shower is quite fiddly and the first night I couldn't have a shower as I couldn't get any water to come out, the engineer came the next day and got it going but after a long day of travel the shower really should be working. Apart from these 2 issues the grounds were beautiful and the back of the veranda faced the jungle.

Nice to visit, the walking tours are not very long / interesting and full of tourists, we saw more people than animals. The accommodation and food was basic, it had everything you need for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Drie nachten en vier dagen Taman Negara

Prachtig park midden in het Taman Negara Park. Als enige aan de andere kant van de Rivier, waardoor je zo het park in kan lopen en ook de meeste excursies beginnen vanaf hier. Bij het resort zijn ook veel excursies te boeken. Wij hadden het verblijf inclusief ontbijt- en dinerbuffet, wat prima verzocht was. Niet extreem uitgebreid, maar wel voldoende en elke dag iets anders op het buffet. We verbleven in een ruim en schoon chalet, waar we elke dag nieuwe handdoeken kregen en twee nieuwe flesjes water. Super tevreden en zeker aan te raden voor een verblijf in Taman Negara

Rooms are great and to be in nature is perfect. Great location. My only complaint is the included meals are buffet and the food overall is mediocre. Very bland. And the coffee is terrible. But the stay and access to trails were perfect.
