"This was our sixth time staying at this hotel, and for the past six years, we’ve noticed a gradual decline in the quality of service. However, this year has been the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. The hotel is completely understaffed, and the housekeeping service is appalling. They don’t even bother to replace the towels, tissue paper, or any other amenities in our rooms. The front desk staff is incredibly unfriendly and rude. I would never recommend this hotel or go back. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location, but the poor service makes it no longer worth the price. "

"The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!"
