Ótima opção para os viajantes!!

A localização é ótima para quem está viajando, pois fica bem próximo da estrada. O café da manhã excelente com frutas, cereais, pão de queijo, outros pães, queijo, sucos, salsicha, banana da terra, ovo mexido. Enfim…muitas opções!! O quarto muito confortável. Só a limpeza que me deixou apreensiva, pois havia um pedaço de fio dental no ralo da pia do banheiro.

Não reconheceram o pagto feito no site do Hotéis.c

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, com café da manhã padrão e estacionamento amplo sem manobrista. O problema foi não reconheceram o pagamento feito no site Hotels.com e quererem me cobrar novamente, disseram que haviam feito 3 tentativas recusadas no cartão. Só que esse cartão não era meu nem da mesma bandeira, eles sequer tinham meu cartão pois paguei no site. Tentei argumentar mas insinuaram sutilmente que poderia ser uma fraude minha, absurdo total. A propósito, é impossível conseguir assistência do site Hotels.com, você fica por conta própria sem nenhum respaldo. Estresse desnecessário.

A primeira impressão é a que fica

Chegamos 1 hora antes do check-in e não o fizemos devido a uma alta sobretaxa que seria cobrada. Pedimos pra deixar as malas mas também não o fizemos em razão do atendimento ter ficado muito a desejar. O atendente estava o tempo todo no celular e ficamos constrangidos pela total falta atenção dispensada a nós.

Pessima limpeza

O querto tinha cheiro de suor, roupa de cama completamente amassada. So tinha uma toalha no quarto apesar de ser para casal. Pior foi o banheiro com tufos, emaranhados de cabelo no ralo como se nao tuvesse sido limpo, assim como fios de cabelo pelas paredes do box.
