Reserva e limpeza

Já tinha me hospedado no hotel anteriormente e tudo correu bem, mas desta vez, chegamos no hotel, não encontraram nossa reserva, não tinha quarto limpo disponível, tivemos que esperar e quando recebemos o quarto, o mesmo estava totalmente sujo, com cabelo espalhado nos móveis, piso do quarto e do box, além do vaso sanitário estar sujo de fezes.

Bom custo beneficio, café da manhã na média, mas eu não me hospedo mais nesse hotel. Eu e minha esposa trabalhamos com Internet, conseguimos conciliar viagens e trabalho (não somos influenceres) e eles só permitem usar a Internet sem custo por 1 dia, o restante é cobrado.

Pior estadia

Pior reserva da vida. Não te libera pra entrar nem 10 min antes do horário do check in q é as 14. Peguei um quarto pra 1 casal e; ma criança, so tinha duas toalhas e 2 travesseiros. Café da manhã so tem 3 tipos de bolo,1 tipo de suco e pao francês e pao de forma. Desci as 8 e ja não tinha leite na garrafa. O checkout é ao meio dia, as 11 i pessoal da limpeza ja ta batendo na porta. Decepcionada, não indico q ninguém. Ah e a garagem tbm. É so pra carro pequeno. Qdo pedi pra abrir a garagem a recepcionista perguntou o modelo do carro e como é sedan ja foi dizendo que n cabia.

Já tive experiências melhores... Acesso a garagem "G1" é muito ruim. Nao tem tomada nem apagador dentro do banheiro. Faltou aquele simples e útil folheto informativo dos serviços do hotel. Café da manhã não tinha muita variedade, restaurante com alguns pontos de sujeira.
