Great service and beach is easily accessible

Went back the second time. As good as ever. Beach is walking distance room is clean and tidy. Service is friendly. Recommended to couple and family

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and completely unworthy of the Westin name or a so-called 5-star rating. The hotel is extremely dirty. After sleeping just one night, my entire arm and back were covered in red, swollen bite marks. This was not a minor irritation — it was obvious and alarming. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation, and this hotel failed badly. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel tried to blame me, suggesting the bites were caused by eating seafood or doing water sports. This is false. I did none of those things. Rather than investigate their hygiene issues, staff chose to deny and deflect. Even more disturbing, I placed a clear “Do Not Disturb” sign, yet staff entered the room while I was not there. When I returned, things had been disturbed, suggesting an attempt to remove evidence instead of addressing the problem properly. This is a serious violation of guest privacy. Due to health concerns, we requested to leave early, but the hotel refused to refund the unused nights, effectively forcing us to stay the full 3 nights. We contacted Expedia, and the hotel explicitly refused cancellation. Staff even gave us a random phone number that cannot be verified as a Westin contact anywhere online. The room also had a strong mold smell, an issue mentioned in many other reviews, showing long-term neglect. This level of cleanliness, service, and integrity is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. I will not return and strongly caution other

Herbergið var stórkostlegt. Starfsfólkið frábært. við mælum eindregið með þessu hóteli. Fyrir evrópska ferðamenn þarf þó að hafa í huga að enska er ekki almenn á Hainan og þetta er sólarstaður. Svæðið er hins vegar frábærlega snyrtilegt.

It was a great hotel and a great golf course.The hotel is clean and friendly.The golf course is also nice and beautiful, but the front lady's attitude is very disappointing.But I really want to go there again.

Great stay at the Westin

Came to visit China for work and the Westin was a great choice. The highlight was the comfy bed, great view, and amazing gym to stay fit while here on work.

安静度假的好地方

房间面朝大海，晚上听着海浪声入睡，早上一醒来，按下电动帘就是大海，景观确实不错，房间也比较大，网速很快，电视里可以找到音乐，阳台有很大的懒人椅可以躺在在上面上网，边喝茶边听音乐边看海，心情开朗，舒服！酒店环境也很好，离三亚国际免税城20多公里，而且最重要的一点是没有三亚那边那么多人，是个安静度假的好地方，就是酒店位置稍偏，一定要开车过来，否则交通不太方便。
