「I was in town due to a death in the family. From start to finish the staff was amazing! I e never had hospitality like this! I was blown away and so grateful! From the good bag at check in to the handwritten sympathy card left at my door, this was hands down the most impressive hotel service I have had ever and I travel a lot!」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
