「The caravan itself was perfect for its price. Decently hygienic and basic utilities. However, the hot tub after one use wasn’t maintained by staff, it wasn’t treated and therefore started to look murky and smelt unusual. The host wasn’t very easy to contact, was left in the dark about utilities until the day before and didn’t respond for 2 weeks using Expedia app nor didn’t answer when messaged about hot tub condition and wasn’t told how to use the heating. 「When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. 」

「Immaculate lodge in beautiful surroundings. Only a 5 minute drive into Sutton on Sea. Check in was very straight forward. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you might need. Had a lovely couple of days staying here. Would definitely recommend. 」

「My family and I spent the weekend at the 33 lodge located inside the Southview Holiday Park. It was a beautiful place and we all loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We also had a beautiful hot tub and enjoyed every bit of it. I highly reccomend this lodge for a nice family break. It has all the essentials needed in a home, it is very clean and very well taken care of. As a plus, there's so much to do around there for both adults and kids 👌💯」

「We have just returned from a weekend break at this stunning caravan! I would highly recommend, the host was lovely, and the van was immaculate. The touch of a welcome helper was a lovely surprise, and much appreciated, plus there was other unexpected equipment for us to use such as a hoover and a Nintendo Wii (which the kids loved!).
