I must be honest, I am very disappointed. For some strange reason although I checked reviews before hand, I was not able to see all the reviews which would have prevented me from booking.
20 min before leaving the owner messaged to say his cleaner did not come and asked whether we still wanted to go. He offered us £60 refund if we wanted to go and take our own bedding etc. We accepted as we were all packed. Arrived there, no hot water and the place wasn't really well kept. We contacted the owner who then moved us to his other unit (no 25) and once there we realised there the place was falling apart, furniture broken, only two teaspoons, no utensils like spatula or wine opener (making breakfast was very interesting). The heating was left on (it was very hot at the time) and we could not turn it off. We had to clean the place ourselves. On the Sat we went to guest services to book passes and was told this could only be done through the owner. Owner failed to respond so we could not do anything at the resort. So far the owner has failed to pay back the £60 despite several promises to do so. Cannot recommend staying here. It seems that this is repeated behaviour from the owner and yet he is still allowed to advertise his place. We left the place very clean and tidy, unlike how we got it. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE.
