Sheets were stained and I found bugs in the bathroom, but I was able to sleep without issues. They were out of bottled water despite the sign on the machine saying they had water behind the counter, so I had to go to the gas station across the street to get some.

There was a flashing light on a detector in our room that was distracting and the A/C didn't really cool the greatest and it was a little noisy when it did kick on. Otherwise I would definitely stay again as the Kickback and breakfast is definitely worth it!!

It was a very nice place, I will say the bed was not as comfortable as some I’ve stayed in. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. Breakfast was really good. I do feel parking should be included in the price. We are already spending enough on everything else.
