Holiday Inn Express North Augusta by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The rooms were very clean, the staff is very nice, respectful and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!! The breakfast staff were so polite, such amazing beautiful people. They never let the food run out. The food was hot and the taste was excellent. I've traveled many states and this was the best breakfast hands down. I would definitely come back because of the great staff, and superb breakfast. The only thing I disliked about my stay was one matress had a sink in it and it caused a great deal of pain in my upper body. I had to sleep at the foot of the mattress. This was the first time I've had a matress like this here. Overall everything was great!!! Definitely recommend this place, the area is very safe and it's quite and peaceful here!!😊"

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Augusta-Washington Rd

8/10 Good

"Staff was friendly! Room had mold, running toilet and an oversized toilet seat, dripping broken shower head unable to adjust from slow stream and wires exposed from under the Heating/cooling unit (though capped off). It was okay for the night we needed! Breakfast was fabulous as well."

Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Augusta

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was amazing, seriously, what a great hotel and superb staff. My room was exactly as described, and very clean. Shaniqwah at front desk could not have been more helpful and sweet, Rebecca in housekeeping has a heart of gold and all other staff were friendly. The people staying there were warm and kind as well. I highly recommend this hotel. ESA hotels by and large are my new favorites."

Holiday Inn Augusta West I-20 by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"I would highly recommend this hotel because not only was it extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient. Thank you for a welcoming and very good experience. I will be coming back to this hotel."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Augusta at I-20, GA

8/10 Good

"Most of the staff were very helpful. I had an issue with my leg bleeding and asked my grandson to get help from the front desk. When he asked he was told they could not leave the front desk but they had a phone number I could come get. I was unable to walk so I just called 911. The breakfast was excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed the eggs. The floor in the suite I stayed in was so dirty! I was unable to go barefoot. The bottom of my feet got so black. I washed my feet from the side of the tub and had to scrub to get it clean."
