The room was clean and great overall although a little bit smaller than what we expected, not enough room if you have three luggage like we did. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great with an early morning start @ 6:30am.

Incredible service. The staff is really nice! Perfect location in Time Square. Amazing view (floor 43). Repetiría mi estadía en este hotel muchas veces más. Gracias a Miguel por su amabilidad al atendernos! Y al señor de la recepción de lentes, nos dio muy buenos tips sobre la ciudad y fue muy atento!

Central location and nice rooms.
We had an issue in our booking included free breakfast and a food and drink credit, which the hotel didn’t honour. We were eventually given a credit towards breakfast which didn’t even cover the cost of a simple breakfast and fruit juice, not even a coffee.
