"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"Das einzige positive an der Unterkunft ist der billige Preis, die Lage und das es relativ ruhig ist. Die Dusche funktioniert nicht, es ist kalt im Zimmer weil ein Heizkörper fehlt. Auf dem Toilette stinkt es dauerhaft mach Urin, es steht Wasser weil man kein Wasser von der Dusche ablassen kann. "

Premièrement, l'hôte n'a pas voulu modifier la réservation comme demandé par mail par hôtels.com que je ne tiens pas pour responsable. En fait à la suite d'une erreur je voulais venir le jour même ( chambre disponible) et non le lendemain. "Had a great stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff and nice attention to detail. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good number of options. The quality of the hotel was better than the 3 stars it carries. We also ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner once which was very good. Great to try local dishes and produce. Well connected location close to the train station and Melk Abbey which was well worth a visit. "
