「Hotel was being renovated in the building we stayed in which was fine until we heard loud construction happening in the next room including all the drilling, hammering and a de humidifier in the hallway. The lobby was under renovations so in order to get to our room we had a maze of up to 3 the crossing over a bridge then elevator down to 2 etc it was a hassle for sure. I was disappointed in all this. Also we called the bell desk a Cpl times because we had questions and they didn’t answer. The...

「Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. 」

「Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.」

「One night stay at this place for our backpacking trip. Love the location and cleanliness. Didn’t have much daylight left by the time we settle down for the night. Took a little stroll to take a glimpse of what’s left of the sunset. It sure was beautiful. 」

Negatives were 1 towl in bathroom when arrived, Worst Bed Ever in over 3000 hotels I finally complained the 3rd day when my back was going out and they replaced the mattress, extra charges galore. AIf this place was remodeled and cleaned up a few issues it I would recommend it but too many issues.」
